When 170 colleagues from all over the world meet together, something great happens: lots of different points of view and approaches share a time and space and this turns to be a good opportunity to grow cohesion and team spirit. Time for HFC to design and produce a combo team building experience.
After considering different scenarios, we decided to go for a mix of fun, culture and gastronomy: a paella cooking competition in the evening and a iPad race by HFC in Sitges the next morning, a beautiful cultural spot away from the big city and right in from of the sea.
For the paella cooking competition, we looked for a meaningful, artistic venue to reinforce the cultural experience. Using the wonderful setting of a Modernist house on the outskirts of Sitges, teams soon got into the mood in this competition cooking exercise: each of the 18 teams, supported by professional chefs, gave its best to get the Mediterranean flavour. Although only one team could be the winner, everyone walked away with a full stomach after tasting and enjoying thee delicious results of this speciality made of rice, fish and a very-well-kept secret!
The following morning teams could walk off their meal and discover Sitges through our iPad race by HFC experience. Some very original hilarious videos & photos were the result of the great effort put in by the teams. A fantastic way to start the day off with a bang!
