HFC is a collective of professionals with a long track record in the team building, music production and outdoor event industry. We make the most of our knowledge and skills in an innovative & collaborative way to design & produce outdoor experiences for corporate groups. We use the power of music, art & nature to design events that focus on team building & team transformation plans. Our experiences aim to ‘fine tune’ your team disconnecting from the routine and taking the time to initiate quality conversations and strenghten your group cohesion.

Before our happy coming together, the core promoters of HFC spent in different projects. education, music, sport industry and physical outdoor activities. We originally started working together in 2005 collaborating in the design and production of creative outdoor experiences for groups. After years living in many adventures together, we decided to rethink our position and focus all our “know how” to design and produce sustainable outdoor meetings and team transformation plans.

Our main objective is to entertain, motivate, inspire and develop teams through outdoor meetings & experiences that create positive impact on people and the environment. We are commited to reduce as much as possible the negative impacts of our activity implementing internal policies and creating experiences that provide social benefits and contribute positively to our community and environment.

There is always a better way to do things and what we do is more important than what we say. We love the chance our projects offer to meet and collaborate with new people.
