Lots of people means lots of different interests and tastes: to make everyone happy, we gave the 150 participants of this offsite the chance to choose between two different team building experiences: our artsy, collaborative art experience U Art Connect and an activity designed to cooperatively discover clues to solve an enigma within a given give: Time is Ticking.
The selected venue, Bell Recó, a beautiful palace 30 minutes away from Barcelona with 5000m2 of gardens, offered the perfect spaces to carry on both team building activities. Once everyone had decided in which activity would be taking part, our staff gave the corresponding briefings and supported participants in every experience phase.
Both collaborative and creative, U Art Connect and Time is Kicking pushed every participant to give her best, and both groups completed the challenge successfully on time. A delicious dinner was served afterwards to celebrate the benefits of excellent team work. Thanks for your trust in our collective!
