When the sun shines bright and a sweet, relaxing breeze shapes softly the waves, we know the time to start with our ocean blue experiences has come. This team of 70 wanted to enjoy a unique team building experience in Barcelona. And well, what makes the city of Barcelona so special when temperatures get higher? Its blue, huge Mediterranean Sea.
Divided into different teams and supported by our staff, the 8 yachts, each one measuring 10 meters long and personalized with the logo of the team on board, sailed the sea for more than one hour following the instructions of the captains, putting into practise different team techniques and manoeuvres: only together and giving their best would teams reach the first position, a metaphor of their daily work at the office, but only in a very different -and much more inspiring environment!
Once the Blue Ocean Regatta was over, it was time for the prize-giving ceremony in a sunny private terrace of the Olympic port: winners received their medals on the same legendary podium used in the Olympics’92 with a huge applause from their colleagues and a glass of ice-cold cava in hand. Congratulations and thanks again for anchoring in Barcelona!
