In order to achieve good team work, two principles have to be achieved: intrateam and interteam work. We listened to our client goals and suggested one suitable team building experience based on these premises: HFC’s mosaic workshop.
After a detailed briefing on the process and the artistic technique, the group of 60 was divided in teams: each team had the goal to create a part of the whole customized design using Gaudí’s technique Trencadís and therefore, communication between them was key to success. The hour of intense team work ended with a 1’5m2 design that will take pride of place on the office wall.
In this all-inclusive service we also offered personalized aprons for each participant as a keepsake together with a catering buffet dinner service in the exclusive event space. Congratulations for the success achieved!
