Right next to the Mediterranean Sea and under the instructions of our percussionist master Santi Carcasona, this team of 22 people enjoyed one of our funniest collaborative team dynamics: Drum Circle!
After a short brief on the instruments to be used and their technique, participants created unique rhythms using egg-shakers, bells and bongos. After only one hour, they were already able to create a group synergy, harmonic and coordinated.
After celebrating the achievement of this team building music challenge, the team could delight some Mediterranean in the seaside restaurant the workshop took place in.
