Creating a piece from scratch, starting with a blank canvas and giving it a shape, color and meaning, is the creative team building activity we prepared for Google and this group of 24 people at the World Trade Center in Barcelona. Between meetings, they decided to stop working a bit and get to know one of the most famous type of mosaic ornamental application in Barcelona: U feel Gaudi.
For the trencadís they were divided into 4 teams of 6 people and each group had to be organized so that all the members could contribute with their creativity within the same piece, as well as think about how to complete it within the established time frame.
The adrenaline of finishing the project on time and the happiness at the end, seeing that your team has created a unique and personal trencadís and that they have done it all together and without each of the people who were part of the team, that would not have been possible. A unique experience that we hope you will remember for a long, long time!
