A few weeks ago, we organised a team building activity for a group of employees’ new marketing team from a world food company. The brief was to offer a competitive activity within the natural setting of La Mola mountain which would focus on three concepts: Proactive, passionate, curious.

Equipped with geo-localised iPads and a survival kit, each team started their ascent following a tailor made itinerary guiding them towards different checkpoints where our staff were waiting for them with some fun challenges to overcome and team dynamics to play out.
The program was adapted in order to stimulate the participants both physically and intellectually and the challenges were designed to focus on the 3 concepts previously chosen.

After successfully completing their routes, the teams came together at the top of La Mola mountain and enjoyed a well-deserved meal at the restaurant with panoramic views of all the valleys surrounding Barcelona.
