At the end of this cold but sunny January, we organised an outdoor conference a team of 5 members were taken out of context and driven to the inspiring Vall de Lord, where impressive mountain ranges and lakes sketch an impressive natural panorama. The team work process was harmonized, personalized and adapted to every detail of the itinerant journey: from the organic, homemade meals to the walks in the fresh, crunchy snow.
Our strong network of trusted suppliers in the Pre-Pyrenees was again the key for success in the first of our Offsite conference planned for 2019. Based on a down to earth, funtional and human approach, this Nomadic Journey took the team from the beautiful rural village of Canalda, where we have been working for many years and we feel like home, through different oudoor work spots and view points to end with the cultural flair of El Monegal, a small rural hotel runned by the charming Patricia and Pep, where classic music and elaborated regional gatsronomy take centre stage. Locations were carefully selected to allow participants the time and space to reflect, listen and commit. Finally, in El Monegal, participants could enjoy the last stage of the process and properly celebrate, with the 5 senses, the benefits of outdoor meeting.
