Thanks to the success and fantastic feedback from the Christmas party last year with CUSTOM CIRCUS, the client entrusted us once again for the organization and conceptualization of their upcoming Christmas party.
This time we proposed a concept of Rock Tour, an opening party of an imaginary tour of concerts with its kick-off in Barcelona. Our aim with this event? Transmit the client’s “way of life” through the major capitals of the world and especially those with client’s representation. A tribute to the values that changed the way we understand the world from the 1960’s. Go hard or Go home!
Razzmatazz offered us the desired underground NY atmosphere, so entry was customized based on LEDs and Gobos projected against the façade and elegant red carpet. We presented a bold Photocall enlivened by a cover of Freddy Mercury inviting participants to pose dressed in clothes and props as rockers. A live band, with a corporatized rock track included, set the tone of the night based on a diverse music set. Also present was a Guitar Hero contest on giant screens featuring the same participants, sessions classics by the in-house DJ and even a dance demonstration.
All staff (doors, bars, cloakroom) were dressed for the occasion and the tattoo corner was a great success. The cocktail dinner offered hamburgers with goat cheese, caramelized beef ribs, NY-style noodles, Rock’n’Roll customized candy and many other surprises, fly-cases in the form of tables and gasoline barrels to satisfy even the most demanding.
