In order to avoid the more usual presentations in improvements implemented to their new products and aimed at their International Sales Directors, HEWLETT PACKARD contacted us to investigate alternative, effective, interactive and meaningful procedures over a 2 day period.

Together with our allies at INVENIO, we designed different dramatized Used Cases. Perfectly trained actors played out different sketches (in comedic style) of everyday situations where the HP product could offer new guaranteed solutions.

Participants, after watching the skits, and by using different creative techniques, had to discuss the case and consensually agree on the best arguments for market solutions. The teams went to the break-out rooms to complete the 4 Used Cases raised.

In each Used Case, teams offered solutions of no more than 160 characters via Twitter that they then posted to their corporate website (created for the event), where it was possible to see in real time the findings of the delegates.

To end the workshop, we held the “Ring of Ideas”: a ring, overseen by an actor with the role of referee, who enlivened the match with “The eye of the tiger” and a synchronized projection. From here, we watched as the teams fought to have their concepts accepted as the winning idea allowing them to take home the prize.
