Barcelona is a paradise for food lovers and we have designed a route to show you its most delicious corners. Hungry for more?
For this edition of our team building experience Gourmet Walking tour we created a stroll with 3 stops to show this team of 30 people some of our oldest and hidden food stores and restaurants. Accompanied by our local guide, who explained interesting facts about each spot, participants strolled around Barcelona’s old streets and charming squares.
A local tapas restaurant was the first stop: guests were invited to enjoy these small treats for the palate in a relaxed atmosphere. Our guide took them afterwards to a hidden shop in La Boqueria, the Modernist food market in Las Ramblas, where a selection of local dry meats and cheese was offered. Casa Gispert was the third and last stop: one of the oldest food stores in Barcelona, grounded in 1851, Casa Gispert is still an example of how things used to be done back in time. The 30 participants had the chance to use the old wood stove to toast almonds and take the delicious dried roasted fruits home as a giveaway. A genuine incentive experience for the senses!
