If there is one thing that defines High Fidelity Collective, then it is the ability to design experiences of all kinds and the adaptation towards the customer needs. In fact, it’s what we like the most!
In this outdoor team experience called triathlon all the participants, all from an international human resources company, had to overcome a great challenge: a demanding circuit located in Gavà (Barcelona) combining swimming (350m), cycling (13km) and running (2.5km). An important physical challenge which provides many benefits, not only on a personal level but also on a professional one: overcoming, integration and teamwork among others.
For this project, we focused on the technical part: coordination and logistics of routes. We also designed the best strategies of transition and trained the participants to perform their best. In the same manner we were also in charge of the technical equipment (mechanicals and guides), and the security during these five days in which the project took place.
We owe our success to the fact that the participants could overcome the circuit in the most comfortable and effective way possible. We put all our effort in the aspect that the only thing the participants had to be concerned about was their performance and enjoy not only the training, but also the competition and the satisfaction of achieving, afterall, a great challenge.
