Your team can become a music band in only one hour! Smart tubes Orchestra is our team building experience designed so that all your team members play, synchronized and using singular instruments, a big song as a band. Our professional percussionist acted as the director of this group of 125 people. Through different games and dynamics, the team could explore and learn the sounds of the instruments and basic rhythms that they used in the following phases. Each participant was given an eggshacker and two boomwhackers.
After some practise, the team was ready to play their final song: a popular Coldplay theme. An impressive team work only possible with good communication, coordination and active listening: key aspects of successful team work also in the office! Good job, artists!
