Barcelona coast is a beautiful spot to enjoy the beach away from the busy coasts of Barcelona, lying 49 kms away. For this team building event with 75 people, we organized different beach games to compete against each other in a funny and dynamic way. A day to have fun and reinforce relationships out of the usual working space. From Catalan skittles to raft building: the 75 participants, divided in different teams, were pushed to give their best on the sand and in the water to bring push their teams to the first ranking position.
Tailor-made and supported by our staff on the field, this beach activities‘ team building activity was a success of engagement and results.
