No one can whistle a symphony: it takes a whole orchestra to play it. From this idea we developed our music team building experience Smart Tubes Orchestra, a music workshop that makes it possible for teams to play a unique a coordinated composition.
Conducted by Santi Carcasona, our master of percussion, this group of 120 quickly got the basics to play the different -and unconventional- instruments they used during the evening to harmonize sounds and melodies: egg shakers, drums and boomwhackers. With beautiful views of the sunset, the rooftop of the hotel Sun Way of Sitges became an inspiring and relaxing place to catch the sound and enjoy, at the end, a powerful melody only possible through the talent and contribution of each team member. Congratulations, you guys made magic happen!
