Beautiful landscapes, silence, organic food, exclusive rural accommodations and time: a privileged setting to work on a leadership program in Terres de l’Ebre, Catalonia’s South region, 2 hours away from Barcelona. For the fourth year running, We co-designed the flow with our partners, produced and leaded the logistics of this 7 days outdoor conference program.
The group of 21 international students arrived at the Barcelona airport on Sunday and we took them to the unknown wild of Terres de l’Ebre, a rural region that lies on the riverside of the beautiful Ebre river. For the whole week the outdoor work sessions, leaded by trusted consultant partners, run parallel to an intense program of activities in the nature: canyoning, camping, biking and trekking. Everything designed so that content, relationships and experiences develop in specific inspirational environments that facilitate the organic anchorage of learnings. For the 7 days, our staff made sure everything ran smooth and on time with the suppliers and the participants, supporting the students and our consultant partners, and of course taking care of them.
