ESIC, business and marketing school, trusted us for the fourth time to design and produce a team building workshop with two goals: build community and foster news students’ relations before the beginning of the academic year.
On this occasion, we produced a U CAN DO IT team building workshop: divided into teams, the 130 students were challenged to build a bridge within the given time and the available ressources. At the end, the bridge was, as required, strong enough to allow a remote-control car to drive from the beginning until the end.
The learnings and team dynamics developed during the bridge construction were, once the time was over, metaphorically transfered to the academic field: only through the effort and talent of all members it is possible to reach success. Our team supported and helped students during the whole process, briefing and debriefing. We wish new students a successful academic year and thanks ESIC for your trust!
