We like XL events and it is time to remember one of those that we lived with passion and enthusiasm. A few years ago, we had the chance to design and produce an event for a team of 600 people. All came from China and wanted to experience some of the cultural traditions of Catalonia. We had 5 days to design a program that would take them to some of the most famous spots of our region, where they would taste our most delicious specialties and experience impressive team building performances like the world-famous Catalan human towers.
After all transfers were cleared on the first day, the second day began with a visit and lunch to the Cavas Codorniu, located in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, approximately one hour away from Barcelona. In the afternoon, the group was driven to legendary Camp Nou, where they could enjoy a Barça football match from privileged seats. On day 3 we gave participants different chances to visit different places of our geography: Montserrat Mountain, Sagrada Família & Park Güell or Casa Batlló, Palau de la Música & Poble Espanyol. We decided to let participants choose their daily experience on day 4 as well. However, the group gathered together in the evening on a beautiful gala dinner in MNAC. The big party included a rumba show, human towers and a flamenco exhibition and ended up with live music and a DJ set. We hope they have as many good memories of those days as we have until today, and we wish this incentive event will allow them to keep growing and gaining success!
